eLOG Tycoon
Bike courier by day, logistics boss by night — grow eLOG from a garage start-up.
About the game
eLOG Tycoon is a management game that starts with an old bike, a pile of packages and a mom who has had enough of you playing video games. Deliver well, spend wisely, and the garage hobby grows into your own company — then into a logistics operation where sorting capacity, courier schedules and client SLAs decide every day. The career runs across nine phases, all the way to the final eLOG Global goal.

How to play
Your career starts on the bike: each shift, pick delivery offers, ride the shortest route you can plan, and watch your energy so you do not come home with packages still on the rack. Cash buys vehicles — outright or financed — and once the savings are there, you open your own company in the garage. From then on, days split in two halves: clients drop cargo before dawn and you clear the floor within every client's SLA using sorting capacity, couriers and schedule priority, while hiring done carelessly costs you reputation. Courses, urgent calls and evening activities fill the rest of each day.
Tips & strategies
- 1.Always press Plan the route before a shift: it is free money, worth up to +12% on that shift's payout for picking the shorter path.
- 2.Guard your energy. Below 15 you are exhausted — 15% less output and almost twice the losses. Sleeping restores 60, an early night adds 20 more, and a full day off refills the bar.
- 3.Read the fine print on offers: FRAGILE cargo loses three times as much per drop, HIGH VALUE routes charge you the full product value, and hard routes pay more but punish mistakes.
- 4.The old bike handles one shift per day. If you want a second shift, that is what motorcycle and van savings are for — upgrade the vehicle before you upgrade anything else.
- 5.Urgent calls run on a timer, and letting the clock run out picks 'Take it back' for you — which in our test cost both the freight and the package's product value. Answer before the bar empties, even if the choice is imperfect.
- 6.Evening activities compound: every 6 gym sessions raise max energy, and 15 nights of the technical course earn a diploma worth +5 rating cap and +5% packages for the rest of the career.

Troubleshooting
If the game looks stuck on its first load, give it a few seconds — the browser build ships its art, fonts and music as one package, so the opening load is the heaviest. A frozen or black screen usually clears after one click on the game area. Your career saves inside the browser, so another browser or device starts fresh unless you export a save file from the game menu first.
Frequently asked questions
Is eLOG Tycoon free to play?
Yes. The full browser version plays free right on this page with no account. Only the Windows download on itch.io costs money, and there is also a separate free demo limited to the first two phases.
How do I save my progress?
The game keeps your career automatically in this browser — close the page and the title screen offers to continue where you stopped. It can also export your save to a file, so you can load the same company on another computer.
What are the courses and mini-games for?
Courses are short logic tests — shortest route, packing the cargo box, quick math, traffic memory and customer service. Passing one earns a certificate that hangs framed on your wall.
Why did my reputation drop?
Idle couriers get angry, trucks leave half-empty, or a fake delivery reached a client. The game tells you exactly why the drop happened and what to change.
What language is the game in?
English and Portuguese, and you can switch between them at any time from inside the game.
