1. About the Service

Gameplo is a free portal for browser games. We collect and organize games built by third-party developers and make them playable directly on our pages, usually through embedded players hosted by the developer or their distribution platform.

The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You do not need an account, and we never charge for access.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers behind it, not to scrape, mirror or resell the Service or its catalog at scale, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, and not to use the Service to distribute malware or other harmful content.

3. Third-party games and advertising

Games on Gameplo are developed and hosted by third parties. When you play a game, its embedded player is served by the developer or their platform, and that content — including any ads shown before or during play — is outside our control.

Third-party game providers may set their own cookies and apply their own terms and privacy policies. Game titles, artwork and software remain the property of their respective owners, and listing a game on Gameplo does not imply endorsement by its developer.

4. Intellectual property

The Gameplo name, site design, code and original text are the property of the Service operator and may not be copied or reused for another website without permission.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any particular game will remain available, or that game information (such as control descriptions) is complete or accurate.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including damages related to third-party content, advertising, or data stored on your device.

7. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may add, change or remove games and features at any time, and we may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
