Gameplo is designed to be private by default: no account, no sign-up, and nothing you do on the site is tied to your identity. This policy explains the small amount of data involved in running the site and the choices you have.
1. The short version
You can browse and play every game without giving us any personal information. Your favorites and recently played list are stored only in your browser, on your own device. The site uses optional analytics and embeds third-party games — both are described in detail below.
2. Data stored on your device
When you favorite a game or play one, Gameplo saves that list in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device: it is not uploaded to us or to anyone else, and clearing your browser's site data for gameplo.com removes it permanently.
3. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and understand which pages and games are popular. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store your IP address, and we do not send it any information about who you are.
Analytics data is handled by Google under its own privacy policy. You can opt out with Google's official browser add-on, or by blocking scripts in your browser settings.
4. Third-party game providers and advertising
Games on Gameplo run inside embedded players hosted by third-party platforms such as GameMonetize. When you press play, your browser loads content directly from those platforms. They may set their own cookies and show ads, which is what keeps the games free. Their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
We do not control and are not responsible for the practices of third-party game providers or advertisers. You can review their policies on their own websites.
5. What we never do
We never ask you to register, never request your name or payment details, and never sell, rent or share visitor data. If you contact us by email, we use your address only to reply to you.
6. Children's privacy
Gameplo is a general-audience site and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because we never ask for personal information, nothing about any visitor is recorded by us.
7. Your choices
You can clear your favorites and play history at any time by clearing site data for gameplo.com in your browser. You can also block analytics scripts with browser settings or extensions. Blocking third-party embedded content will prevent games from loading.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change how data is handled, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top.
